Ms. Choubey, after having graduated in law from SVKM’s NMIMS, Navi Mumbai, has received her LL.M. Degree from Rabindranath Tagore University, Bhopal. She is a member of the Bar Council of India and has cleared the All India Bar Examination (AIBE-XX) conducted by the Bar Council of India. Her practice areas include Corporate & Commercial Law, Dispute Resolution, Banking Laws, Contract Law, Consumer Protection Law, law relating to Negotiable Instruments and Intellectual Property Rights. Ms. Choubey possesses good drafting and research skills and has assisted in representing clients before the High Court of Delhi, various Consumer Fora, DRT, and District Courts over NCR, Tribunals, and Appellate Tribunals in a short span of practice with the firm.
