Deepak is the Co-founder and leads the Corporate Advisory practice of Our Firm.
Deepak received his LL.B. Degree from the University of Kanpur and has over 18 years of Experience.
Deepak has advised and represented multinational corporations (MNC’s) as well as Indian companies in corporate commercial litigation and arbitration in various courts and tribunals within India. He has advised clients on Original Side Jurisdiction matters including matters involving Possession, Specific Performance, Recovery, Injunctions, Probate etc; Civil Writs involving issues of Constitutional law, Natural Justice etc; and Criminal law matters pertaining to Forgeries, Cheating, Criminal Breach of Trust and Misappropriation of properties, bouncing of cheques, etc.
Deepak’s experience also includes advising and representing on matters relating to FMCGs including matters relating to food adulteration laws, Insecticides Act, Indian standards, Weights and Measures etc.
Deepak is a member of the Bar counsel Delhi vide Enrollment No. D/88-A/2005 and prior to co-founding SSK worked with Kanth and Associates heading the litigation cell pertaining to cases of electricity disputes before Consumer Court and Special Courts.
