Regularly engaged in complex civil and commercial disputes, including recovery proceedings, injunctions, specific performance, contractual disputes, and execution proceedings. - Criminal Litigation:
Extensive experience in handling a wide spectrum of criminal matters, including anticipatory bail, regular bail, trial proceedings, cross-examinations, final arguments, appeals, revisions, and petitions for quashing. Strong command over criminal jurisprudence with representation in serious and sensitive matters under the Indian Penal Code and other special statutes.
- Negotiable Instruments Act Matters:
Deep expertise in handling matters under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, including cheque dishonour cases. Extensive experience in managing proceedings from initiation to conclusion, including trial and appellate stages.
- Real Estate & Property Laws:
Advises and represents clients in intricate property disputes, including title litigation, partition suits, possession claims, landlord-tenant disputes, and real estate transactions. Proven experience in safeguarding proprietary rights and resolving high-value real estate conflicts.
- Advisory & Documentation:
Provides comprehensive legal advisory services, including drafting and vetting of agreements, legal notices, pleadings, and legal opinions. Recognized for precision in drafting and clarity in legal strategy.
