Pritam is a co-founding Partner and heads the Infrastructure; and Banking & Finance practices of the firm.
With over 18 years of experience as a lawyer, Pritam has worked extensively on private sector participation initiatives in various infrastructure projects in India and abroad, including real estate and hospitality. He has experience in managing public- private participation across various infrastructure sectors including water, roads, ports and airports
He brings to the table an in-depth understanding of the local laws, coupled with international experience in formulating and implementing mergers and acquisitions. With his extensive experience in project finance and structured finance transactions, Pritam has been instrumental in building the banking and finance practice at Our Firm.
